FL series Mixer agitator reducer is used gelisen arc-making gear to transmit. The material of gear is chosen and usd high-intension alloy steel whose quenching rigidlity is HRC 59-62. The machine is with shutoff equipment when urgentlyand when the mechanical airproof need repairing or changing, no need to empty the left liquid, only pull out mixer shaft for some distance to make the block head enter into the airproof seat, then turn the shaft, the block head and airproof seat will be fastened to keep the liquid out of the outside.
