The B-Series gear with high technical features provide extraordinary performance/lifespan ratio. The highly versatile gear units are successfully used in wide range of industrial and civil applications. They offer excellent value for money and output torque/weight ratio with minimal servicing requirement. The unit is built of cast iron (sizes 063 to 163) or aluminium (sizes A42 to A73) casing and comes in 060-080-100-125-140-150-160 sizes. The various versions of the gear includes version-B fitted for motor coupling, version-IB with input shaft, version-CB with compact motor, version-PB fitted for motor coupling with flexible joint.
The cases are built with feet, flange or universal UC. The gears are hardened and tempered with shaved or ground profile and offer up to 90 kW power. They offer gearing with 3 reduction stages. Gleason spiral bevel gear pairs with run-in profile are mounted as second reduction stage to offer higher resistance. The gears offer between 5,71 and 187,24 reduction ratios, 13.000 Nm max. torque and max 80.000 N admissible radial loads.
