Overview

This product is made of high viscosity refined mineral oil, thickened by urea thickener, added with many kinds of additives, for instance, anti-oxidant, anti-rust, extreme pressure etc.

Application

Applicable between -20℃ to +150℃, for the lubrication of various open gear, Gear Reducer, and some large heavy duty transmission gear like gear case of worm wheel which under high temperature, high humid, heavy duty condition; For example, lubrication of large gear of cement plant, steel plant and power plant, etc.

Notice

1. This product is NO poisonous; no need special protection different from general greases.

2. Added this product after discharge original oil or cleaning. Filling by spraying lubricating system or painted directly on the surface of gear.

3. The filling-up quantity of the grease is to the bottom of main gear wheel of intermediate shaft, and greases to the surface of gear wheel. Or filling-up the grease to the pinion, the main gear wheel is no higher than three pinon.
