Points settlement tank, compared with ordinary settlement tank, has a simple process, flow of soil layers high at the end, scarring less and fluid containing high in the bottom, overflow plankton less, high productivity per unit area, covers less area and hydrolytic loss low etc.
Applications:
Thickeners are used for dewatering slurries of either tailings or product. A thickener is a large circular tank that is used to settle out the solid material from the water in the feed slurry. It is widely used for dealing with slime, wastewater, waste residue in metallurgy, mine, coal, petrochemical industry, building materials, environmental protection department etc.
Performance Feature:
1. CHC series have multiple drive unit, CHC type Drive through the base plate installed on the central pillar head, driving mechanism include driving mechanism gearbox, made of multi gear drive, the rotation parts of the bearing ring bolted flange connection, by output flange, can match cage shaft.
2. Every gear drive unit include a motor and planetary Gear Reducer, and can install torque overload detector before the planetary gear reducer, and realize real torque test, PLC module can realize multiple automatic control mode.
3.1-4 drive unit can be configured as required, 2 series 8 kinds of models, realize 159 KN. M to 1780KN. M all standing, suitable for use in the center column installation of large diameter high thickener tank
