2．Machine Structure

Equipment main structure: Top roller fitting, bottom rollers fitting and level-move fitting, supporting rollers, underpan.
2-1 Top Roller Fitting
The top roller fitting consist of: main oil tank, top roller bearing seat, top roller, bearing. The two oil tanks supply the pressure for rolling, the working pressure is 19.5Mpa.
The top roller material: 42GrMo
Rigidity: HB240-280
Surface intermediate frequency quencher: HRC47-52.

2-2 The bottom rollers
The bottom roller fitting consist of: bottom rollers, bearing seat, bottom rolling input gear, bottom roller sliding bearing.

2-3 Main driven fitting

Main driven fitting consist of：Main motor, strap, column gear decelerator, handspike detent etc. The main drive can rotate positive and negative, supply the power for rolling.

2-4 Overturn fitting
Overturn fitting consist of: slide pillow, overturn oil tank.
Tipping the overturn fitting, it’s easy to take out the finished product.

3. Hydraulic system

Hydraulic systems consist of: gear pump, valve group, and assistant pipeline etc. the pipeline equipped compactly, it’s easy to do maintenance.

System consists of three loops: pressure adjustment loop, in-phase loop, speed loop.

4 . Electric control systems

Electric control systems consist of: electric control cabinet, handhold button box. Power source: 380V/50HZ. The main switch has the short circuit protection and the main motor have over-loading protection function; Motor rotation controlled by AC controller; Control circuitry adopts PLC programme controller and touch screen, operation is very convenience. The top roller can run according to enactment. There are all operation buttons and indicator light on the control cabinet.
